KHACHIK, KARAKOP MONASTERY, CHRAN WATERFALL, ARENI

A wonderful trip, during which you will get to know the wonders of Vayots Dzor, the treasures of Areni and Khachik. The first stop is Momik's masterpiece, the magnificent Saint Astvatsatsin Church in Areni. Then we will go to Khachik, but on the way we will see the Areni flood barrier, which has attracted a lot of interest lately, which, apart from its practical significance, is also notable for its futuristic structure. In Khachik, we will visit the very impressive Karakop (Khotakerats) Monastery, enjoying the surrounding beauties and the wonderful views of Mt Ararat and Nakhichevan. Then we will be in one of the most interesting villages of Armenia - Khachik, after which another wonderful place awaits us - the cozy waterfall not far from the Karakop Monastery. We will end our trip in the center of winemaking in Areni, where we will taste wonderful wines.
