OLD ARMAVIR, METSAMOR, SARDARAPAT, AKNALICH

Our first stop is in Aknalich village of Armavir, where one of the places to visit is Lake Akna, which is also known as Metsamor lake. In Aknalich, we will also visit the largest Yezidi temple in the world with its unique architecture. At the same time, you will get to know the religion and culture of Yezidis. Then, we will go to Metsamor, where we will visit Metsamor Museum to discover the history and exhibits of thousands of years. We will see Metsamor Fortress. Next, we will be at the Sardarapat heroic battle memorial complex, where you will be transported to the heroic days of history and enjoy this monument. And at the end of the program, we will visit the Old Armavir ancient site and after overcoming the height rising in the heart of the Ararat Valley, we will enjoy the wonderful views and historical monuments in the second capital of Historical Armenia dating back 2300 years.
