DAY 1 | ROAD TO VAN

Tsovakn Hyusiso (Childir) Lake

Overnight: VanWonderful places await us on the way to the unique Van. We will enjoy Tsovakn Hyusiso (Childir) Lake, after which we will go to Van via Kars, Igdir, Bayazet, stopping on the shores of Araks River and passing through the slopes of Mt Ararat.
DAY 2 | MT VARAG
Varag Mountain (hiking)

Overnight: VanMt Varag will be the first peak of our unique journey. Located behind the city of Van, this mountain is one of the most beautiful corners of Armenian highlands.
The height of Mt Varag is 3200 m, the relative height of the ascent is about 900 m, the total distance of the hike is about 14 km.
DAY 3 | VAN, AGHTAMAR

Lunch near Lake Van – “Vana tarekh” (Van Fish)
Free time in Van
Overnight: VanToday we will have a cruise to Aghtamar Island, a chance to swim in Lake Van, visit the magnificent Holy Cross Church, as well as tasting tarekh (Van fish) on the shores of the lake. Great recovery after Varag and before ascent to mount Artos.
DAY 4 | MT ARTOS
Mountain Artos (hiking)

Overnight: VanIt is time for hiking to the top of Mount Artos, which we have seen many times in the pictures, particularly in combination with Aghtamar and the Holy Cross Church. And now from the top of this beautiful mountain you can admire the wonderful views of Lake Van. Wonderful ascent, which will give you heavenly views, unforgettable feelings.
The height of Mt Artos is 3550 m, the relative height of the ascent is about 1200 m, the total distance of the hike is about 15 km.

Back to YerevanIt's the day of return, but we still have some of Van's treasures for you. In the morning we will go to Agravakar to visit Mher's door. After enjoying the unique Van, the refreshing Berkri waterfall awaits us. Passing Kars we will return to Yerevan.
