MT JILO/CILO. CLIMBING 2024
Among the most beautiful corners of the Armenian Highlands, the highest peak of the Kordvats Mountains, mount JILO, awaits us. The mountain, which has been completely closed for mountaineering for many years, has become accessible to us and will accept those who dream of reaching its summit. Jilo (Jogha) is one of the highest peaks of Armenian highlands, with a height of 4116 meters, it is on the border of present-day Turkey and Iraq, in Hakkar Province.
The ascent of Jilo is difficult, the mountaineering experience of the participant and full mountain gear are mandatory.
