At the beginning of our fabulous and symbolic New Year's trip, we will see Lake Tsovakn Hyusiso, which freezes in winter, becoming a major tourist center, where it is even possible to ride a horse-drawn carriage. And next is the inimitable Ani, which becomes simply fantastic in winter and will impress you for a lifetime. We will wander through the streets of the beautiful Ani to see the masterpiece monuments and wonderful views.

In Van, we will have interesting visits in the first half of the pre-holiday day, and in the second half of the day we will rest to prepare for the wonderful New Year's program. The first stop is the Berkri Waterfall, which is very impressive in winter. The next is the city of Van with Agravakar, where the legendary Mher's Gate is located. After these wonderful visits, you will be given free time, and in the late evening we will prepare for the New Year's celebration. A unique program is planned for the New Year, which is completely Armenian: Armenian music, national songs and dances, delicious dishes, festive champagne and more.

This day of our trip is very symbolic, because on the first day of the New Year we will be in Hayots Dzor's Haykaberd, where, according to our legends, Hayk Nahapet gave his battle, saying that we will start the year from the beginning of the Armenians. Our day is also special with a visit to the spiritual center of Vaspurakan, Varagavank, from where a wonderful winter view of Lake Van and the city of Van will open. Then we will visit the Van cats, after which the mighty fortress of Van will greet us.
DAY 4 | THE MIRACLE OF WINTER ANI

The best New Year cannot bypass the cosmic Aghtamar Island with the St. Khach Church. We will sail to Aghtamar Island, enjoy the island and the church, as well as the fabulous views of Lake Van. After that, we will continue our journey along the shores of Lake Van to the beautiful Mush, where we will see the Armenian Quarter of Mush and St. Marine Church, the Mush Plains and the Sulukh Bridge in their heart. We will also have a free evening in the lively city of Mush.
