SAMSONAVANK MONASTERY (HIKING)
This time we will visit Samsonavank Monastery. In the heart of forests, near Deghdznut, Kirants Monasteries and Mahkanaberd Fortress, we are introduced to the impressive medieval Samsonavank Monastery, whose beauty and wonderful location are simply insane. Add to all this the wonderful forest hike, we can clearly say that the day will be magical and impressive.
Hike distance is 22 km (round trip), relative height: about 500 meters, mountain height: 1949 meters. You must have hiking shoes and hiking clothes.
