GHUK, CHORUT, NEGHUTS MONASTERIES AND PTGHNI CATHEDRAL

Four magnificent monuments in one day, accompanied by a wonderful hike. Yes, such a special day is possible with the Hamshen Tour. We will start our discovery of the wonders of Kotayk from the Neghuts Monastery, which is one of the exceptional masterpieces of Armenian architecture. We will reach the Neghuts Monastery with a short and pleasant hike. We will enjoy this impressive monastery with its rich history and the wonderful views that open from here. The next stop will be Chorut Monastery or Ishkhanavank, which is a wonderful church hidden in the forest, not far from which there is a very impressive, unique Khachkar (Cross Stone) field, merged with the trees and the forest. We will reach Chorut by a short, but very nice hike. And the next stop of our program will be the mysterious monastery of Ghuk, hidden in the mountains and forests. To get to Ghuk Monastery, we will already have a "real" hike to reach this mysterious place and enjoy wonderful views. And besides, we will see this wonderful miracle, extremely impressive, magnificent Ptghni Cathedral.
